Andean potato mottle virus (APMoV) is a plant pathogenic virus classified within the genus Comovirus of the family Secoviridae. It is a positive-sense, single-stranded RNA virus that primarily infects potato (Solanum tuberosum) and selected Solanum species. The virus is predominantly reported from the Andean region of South America and is regarded as a phytosanitary risk in seed potato production systems.
