Apple Necrotic Mosaic Virus (ApNMV) is a member of İlarivirus genius that causes apple mosaic disease on apple trees. The genome consists of three single-stranded positive-sense RNA molecules. The virus symptoms in apple trees varied from mild, moderate, to severe chlorosis, pale yellow mosaic to bright cream-colored irregular spots, rings, and necrosis on leaves. The most common spreading way of the virus is via graft inoculation; however, it could be transmitted by contaminated equipment. There is no clue about vector transmission or pollen spread within the research area.
